With all the stupid fake pop music being made these days, it's so great that I can come home and listen to the ramones! They are just amazing and there isn't one song on this album that I don't love! Some of my favorites include I don't care, Sheena is a punk rocker, locket love, and do you wanna dance but you really need to buy the whole album!

Sure hardcore punk made early punk look like pop rock bands, but The Ramones were the kings of punk. The music is still hard and rock and rolling at times. You want real punk? then get this album.

the clash and sex pistols are so much more punk than the ramones ever were and ever will be. the ramones are quoted saying they're the beach boys with guitars. are the beach boys punk i dont think so. there is no punk without the sex pistols. american punk bands were trying to pull themselves away from the ramones sound.and most of the punk bands did drugs and drank.open ur eyes.just because the ramones cant play their instruments doesnt them punk. dont get me wrong i like the ramones but they had nowhere near the impact the sex pistols had on punk and popular music.

This album has some great tracks on it. I personally prefer their sef-titled debut, though this comes in a close 2nd.
