    A great fusion! This album makes their sound more accessible to people who are into other genres. Great pick up, I think, if you want to introduce yourself or your friends to these guys.

    this is a RE:MIX album by "a bunch of talented contemporary funk, nu jazz and broken soul remixers (asked) to work on the "raw" deep funk NMS sound." I think it is a tasty exploration and very exciting for NMS to have OTHER folks so interested in exploring their sound! How bout some more positive ratings for rockin' indie funk getting the attention it deserves!!!

    As a big fan of NMS, it pains me to report that this album is a complete failure. The jejune and simplistic composition reminds me more of a children's band at summer camp than an accomplished English "deep funk" group. Don't waste the $9.99 -you'll be asking yourself why you didn't spend it on hot wax to fill your ears with instead.
