I always thought of Europe as a bit of a joke. Mainly because I only knew The Final Countdown, though it's a great song, it's also a really funny song. But then I watched Hot Rod, and was like, oh my goo'ness, most of that soundtrack sounds like Joey Tempest. And so I started looking up Europe and listening to them, and my land! They are an amazing band. They have some really great songs that Andy Samberg and the other makers of Hot Rod knew about, plus others. So buy the album, it's definitely worth it!

You know, Europe means alot to me. They are one of the rare hairspray metal 80's bands that either A Haven't been messed up by drugs, or anything like that, and have never TAKEN them and B are still performing, still making albums. In fact, a new album is coming out this spring, in 2009, in Augest/September!! But anyways, this album is so terrific, and I'll Cry For You ACCOUSTIC version? Beautiful! :) Buy this album right now, the whole thing, especially if you only know Europe as "The Final Countdown" people, because if you heard all of hese songs....you will become a fan of ALL of Europe in just a few listens! ;)

These are all great songs. I love every single one, even though 82-92 was pretty much Europe's whole career. I find it amusing that the I-tunes biography says this band is death metal/black metal. I don't find any anti christ lyrics in here. Great songs, almost great band, but that's high praise from me.

"The Final Countdown" is one of the best songs ever written, certainly one of the best songs of the 80's. Everybody knows it. but trust me, this band has more to offer than just that one awesome song. If you just download that one song or a few other songs, you will not be able to get "Cherokee" from this album, since you can only get it if you download the whole thing. I personally enjoy every song on this album, including "Cherokee," so I would recommend downloading the whole shebang. It's a great deal, too, 17 great songs for only $7.92. I would go as far to say that this band is right up there with Bon Jovi. They're that good.

Europe's vocals suck more than Gary Glitter and Michael Jackson combined!! (That was a double joke) But Final Countdown is one of the funniest, most dramatic songs ever. Even though the vocals are terrible. Download Final Countdown. Leave the rest.
