I've listened to this for the past 3 nights now and couldn't even tell you how it sounds. Only after a few minutes with my headphones on and this playing, I've fallen right to sleep, and it typically takes me at least an hour to fall asleep. I purchased three others including this one and thus far, Therapy 2 has worked so well, that I haven't even had the opportunity to listen to the others. Additionally, listening to this has caused me to toss and turn less. For three nights now, I've awakened in the very same position as I started off. The only thing that might be a little strange is of you play it continuously throughout the night and wake up to it. Hearing this with my alarm sounding off confused the heck out of me. I do highly recommend this though. I generally hate going to bed and this has actually given me something to look forward to. I hope to listen to the others I purchased some day.

I was tired of sound machines with obviously repeating patterns, so I went looking for something better. This album is just perfect. It is just the right balance of musical elements and ambient sounds. If you're looking for the ideal soundscape for sleep, this is it.

I bought Sleep: Ambient Sleep Therapy 1 and was so surprised it works so I bought this one too. This is even better. I love the way it lulls you to sleep and gently ends so that I'm not jarred away after the music finishes. Highly recommend if you have a hard time sleeping. I haven't had to used a sleeping pill to fall asleep since I discovered these albums.
