This is my favorite album but my favorite songs are on the first 3 albums. I like every single song on here. The others have songs I like better but too many songs that I just don’t care and this one I can press play and I’m good.
  • It couldn't last

It couldn't last, and this album is the perfect encapsulation of why. While there are a still many great songs on this album it jut doesn't hold together as well as The Queen Is Dead, or even as well as Louder than Bombs. This isn't to say it's terrible, it's just that you can literally hear Morrissey and Marr pulling the sound in different directions.
  • Its the Smiths “Let It Be"

Its their last album released, its diverse & every song is amazing enough to not pass up on hearing. Top quality writing. What a way to go out.

With one of the worlds greatest guitarist and one of the worlds best lyricist, this album is a must for any true music lover. At there highest in creativity, MORRISSEY and Johnny Marr create a true masterpiece of musical history! "Death of a disco dancer", "Girlfriend in a Coma" all musical and lyrical masterpieces. No group from the 80's have left a mark like The Smiths.
