This was one of my very first “new age” CDs and I still find it relaxing and such a pleasure to listen to. Gentle, peaceful, a good accompaniment to massage or meditation.

I used this as my relaxation, centering and grounding music with my first-born 20 years ago. Tried to find it and was sad that my cassette was ruined. So glad this is available on iTunes. This musical arrangement is a perfect combination of soothing music and including sounds of the ocean that trigger even deeper relaxation.

I had this cassette tape as a kid and I probably listened to it every single night until I was about 16 or so. I'm not sure where my tape went, so I'm sooooo happy this is on iTunes. I did not expect it to be on here! This music puts me to sleep within 2 songs. It's wonderful. I highly recommend this for meditation, artistic inspiration, or people with sleep troubles. Or if you just want to relax in the tub and pretend you're swimming in the ocean as a mermaid. Lol ;)

My daughters are older now but I used to play this for them when they were infants and it put them to sleep with no problems… I even used it while pregnant with them when I couldn't sleep.

I first purchased this cassette in the mid-90s when I was in high school. I used it every night to help me relax and fall asleep. Sadly... into my freshman year of college the tape broke and the search began to find another copy. While attempting to put my 10 month old asleep (listening to Pandora) a familiar song played... And 15 years later my search is over.

I used this album during the birth of my daughter. It is incredibly relaxing and tranquil. My husband and I continued to play this album over the 2 days we were in the hospital and now use it as bedtime/relaxing music for our daughter.

I listened to this album during all four of my children's births. It played continuously for 12 hours for my first birth. It was very relaxing. I needed no pain medications during any of the births. It was a wonderful experience.

The most relaxing music ever. I had this on cassette about twenty years ago and I've never found a more relaxing collection. I am so psyched that I found it on iTunes!
