Her voice is so beautiful, she left us with some very touching songs! Gone too soon.

I’ve always been a fan of Laura Branigan. I’ve had her first two albums since their release. I recently decided to complete my Laura Branigan collection and “Over My Heart” was the first one that I purchased. After listening to the CD, my only disappointment was that I hadn’t purchased it earlier. Laura Branigan had a singing voice that was so unique and captivating (no auto-tune, pure talent). Many people dismissed her as a one-hit disco dance singer, but most of her songs are very soulful and she sings with such passion that it cuts to your heart.

What an absolutely mind-blowing album! I didn't even know this album existed, and I thought I was a huge Laura Branigan fan. I was looking for her albums in digital form to replace those I'd lost on cassette. Yes, cassette (so you know I was around when these were all new). She was awesome and I'm so glad I discovered this album, and rediscovered many others that I thought were long lost from my collection.
  • This was her best, by far...

I think this album is the best she did, mostly because she had the most personal input on this album. She left us WAY too soon, and to this day I still miss hearing new material from her. That being said, I feel this album best represents what she wanted us to know about her. I was shocked to learn of her death, and I will always appreciate the albums she left us with.
