This is as good as any other. As good as any 77. It’s 2 1/2 weeks after Cornell. I feel as good as Cornell. No Scarlet/Fire but so much to make up for it. Best Sugaree ever.
You won’t regret
Just WOW!!

Here it is 2014 and I only just found this - released 5 years ago! As for the discussion regarding Keith and Brent, they just can't be compared. Kieth loved the piano, and Brent was just, to me, a virtuoso with electric & electronic keyboards, with a voice that was just made to sing the blues. I heard one interview with JG who stated that the biggest 'issue' with Kieth was that the band wanted keyboards and the sustain they could provide that couldn't be produced with guitars or a piano. There's no doubt that Kieth had some nights where he was just FLAMIN', obviously he was a critical part of the band who came in to fill Pig's shoes - which were not fillable, so he made his own path and place in the band, and the recordings prove that he belonged. Donna, well, she was Donna. Great in the studio. These are all personal opinions, not intended to offend - seriously, if I sound wrong, I probably am. I was lucky enough to see the band many times in the late 70's, 80's & 90's I quit doing whole tours after Brent's last one, Summer '90. The 'scene was turning so ugly, and the Band had to feel it. Such a tragic way to end one of the last vestiges of freedom in American Life.

Love this show. Don't know how you could say its slow. Jack Straw and BEW were ripping, along with others. It's a definite go to jam for the road.
Tight all the way through!

This is definitely a top pick! The band hits it on all cylinders all the way through the show. Jerry's vocals are soulful and as good as I have heard him! Excellent 'Estimated' and 'Looks Like Rain' from Bobby. Just a very good example of the Dead as I'm sure they intended to be heard!
