I bought this CD back in fall of 97, right after it came out that SWV had broke up. The music got our family through some rough Christmas's. Coko & Taj do excellent work on this cd. Coko using her 5 octave range to a rendition of, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, that will give you goosebumps and Taj with, Christmas Ain't Chrismas.

This is an extraordinary Christmas album for anyone who appreciates vocals with soul and power backed by clean instrumentation. Coko's voice is simply spellbinding throughout the record, especially her stirring rendition of "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" which never fails to get me all choked up! My favorite track though is "Give Love On Christmas Day" with its directness and purity. Another favorite is "This Christmas" which is sunny and fun. The iTunes review is spot-on in suggesting an innocence and a tangibility present in each track. This is one of my fondest Christmas albums along with Merry Christmas by Mariah Carey.

I love this CD I am a music lover in general but LOVE holiday music normally the classics and I trypically don't like the remakes modern artists do I think they mess up the song but SWV did a great job this CD is great my mom, grandparents and younger cousins love it, It is for everyone if you don't have it get it I don't think you will be disappointed.
