This has soft music with relaxing rain with some thunder ... I always fall asleep before it finishes. Love it. Go to sleep to it every night now.

k so i bought this and i used it for the past few nights and it has been working i fall asleep faster and i think like sleep sounder. the only thing is, it makes me have to pee sometimes. but other than that this is really relaxing. but for $10 is really expensive!!! although im glad i bought it!

very nice and relaxing. i press play and i'm asleep within 10 minutes! (i'm the kind of person that can toss and turn miserably all night so this is a godsend!) i like this version with the music more than the raw, nature-only version.
thank you to whoever made this CD! because of you i can sleep like a hibernating bear!
