I’m so excited that the score for Avatar: The Last Airbender, Book 1: Water is finally released! One of the best aspects of the series was the incredible score - from battle scenes to more emotional moments, the story of Avatar: The Last Airbender is told through its music as much as its characters.
This album is such a masterpiece! I hope we also get the scores for Book 2: Earth & Book 3: Fire.

Every Avatar fan has asked for an album release since 2005. One could have simply been happy with the original tracks from the series being put on sale, but Jeremy Zuckerman has remastered his incredible score for the modern era. The updated orchestrations bring new depth, physically and emotionally, to the pieces. The full orchestra, which was only used for the final four episodes of the original series, makes it feel like I’m listening to these tracks again for the first time.
