The Start of Something Great

Though I first heard this album back in 2012, it's lead up of the Horrible Kids EP as well as the two singles "Hush Hush" and "Together Forever" made way for Set It Off's first full-lenght album to really shine. They're change of tone from the more "All Time Low"/"Blink 182" sound to this one is what set the band apart from the traditional pop-punk scene.
The sound is a consistant tone of a dark pop-punk alternative with a strong use of electric guitar which really makes the teen-angst feel of the album come to life. Although the band now has five albums out, I will always remember this album as one of the best they've done.
