I know 'cause I bought this last week right before seeing Dave in concert. Album catches the power of the live experience. He is one of the best guitarists I've seen in concert; great rocking band.

I am honestly not a big fan of live cds, but after seeing Dave Mason in person recently, this CD is the only way to possibly come close to the deep and rich quality of this talented and under rated artist. This CD will engulf you and bring you there over and over again.

I was cleaning my house and turned on XM and a great song was playing and the concert continued. I was hooked on the music as it was so clean for a live performance.

There may be no better album by Dave Mason; I know there could be no better live album. He and his band are so tight that... well, no simile can do them justice. I bought this album during his concert last year (2007) in my hometown, and I am going next month to see him again. What happened to him between his monster hits of the early seventies and now, I'll never know (it seems he spent twenty years in wee hours infomercial-land), but who cares? He is back with a vengeance, and edgier than ever.

While browsing through the iTunes catalog I saw in the "What Others Bought" prompt, Dave Mason. Clicked on Dave and there was a Live At XM Radio recording. I have XM, they do a great job of Live presentations. This performance is KILLER!!!! I can close my eyes, listen and I'm back in 68 groovin'. As I titled above, Dave still rocks big time and in great voice. Only complaint I could have is it should have been twice as long.

Dave Mason just keeps getting BETTER with time. This is rock and roll at its finest, the music is fresh and the craftsmanship flawless. They just don't make them like this anymore. What a shame.
