I thought the album was funny and honestly I wish there were a few more horrible bits to go with. Ah well. It got me through my rainy commute home.

I dont think you can get worse jokes if you purposely sat down to write the worst jokes you can think of. There are multiple puns using female deer and money (doe/dough). These jokes so bad, some make you groan, some make you say "what the f.." and some just sound like a statement with no humor value at all. My favorite track is the "heckler lines" because its astounding that he actually wrote down these "comebacks" which would sound lame if you thought he came up with them on the spot.
Anyway, I dont know why but the badness of these jokes makes me laugh harder than anything else. I was in my car with tears rolling down my face from laughing so hard. 5 stars for Jammin' Jim!

Jim Florentine is an hysterical comedian. I own two of his stand-up CDs and they always make me laugh. He doesn't care about political correctness and being nice, he just tells it like it is. His new CD is just him in a studio telling jokes from his first ever comedy notebook. These jokes are simply awful. They're not cute, they're not ironic, and they're certainly not funny. The real joy of this CD is not only cringing at each horrible pun and one-liner Jim recites, but also at his total disgust for himself, which he is sure to point out in comments after every couple of jokes. Jim Florentine is balls to the wall funny. He's also incredibly brave. I can't think of any other comedian who has willingly put his old, terrible material on sale for the masses (insert your own bad comedian joke here). Buy this album, listen to it, re-listen to it, and if your haven't ripped your ears off in a spiral of madness just quite yet, listen to it a third time and it should do the trick.
