Love the score! I have always loved Aaron Zigman's work and am so glad to find the score available now. I am disappointed that the music when Carrie is on the beach and tosses her cell phone in the water is not here though. I will pick a few songs instead of buying the whole album for that reason.

I really want the melody that played when Carrie was still in Mexico and sitting by the beach about to listen to her voicemail and then she throws the phone into the water. I can't find that one and it was my absolute favorite for the whole movie!

I say that because his scores sometimes sneak up on you. There's so much bigness and noise and bombast in movie scoring these days that when something comes along that's quiet and pretty and poignant, it will usually get overlooked. This score is PERFECT on its own and as part of the movie itself. Totally worth the full-album download. If you like this style, also check out Zigman's score to "Martian Child" and some other scores like "Mrs. Winterbourne" by Patrick Doyle, "Hole in the Paper Sky" by Kerry Muzzey, and just about any other Zigman score that's out there!

The score for the film was one of the key points of making this such a beautiful film. Recommended scores are "It's Me & You Suite" and "It was Love." Great! So glad this music was released!
