I love every single one of Richard Marx's songs on the album, but I feel they should have chosen different songs from Vertical Horizon. It seems like they picked mostly VH's heavier rock songs and tried to make them slower and acoustic, it just doesn't work for me. I think this album would have been better if they stuck with VH's songs that were already in acoustic/songwriter style.

I saw these men perform on Friday night October 1st at Englewood New Jersey and they were fantastic. I have not seen a concert this great in a long time. They connected with the audience and were enjoying their performance as well as the audience. I'm still talking about it with everyone. Richard Marx still has a great voice and style afterall these years and Matt, also extremely talented, sounded great together. I can't wait to buy the CD when it's available.
