This is Williams at his best. He considers Mangore one the finest, if not the greatest composer for the guitar in the 20th century and for good reason. Track 5,8 and 14 are highlights but the whole program is great. Enjoy.

Once again, Mr. Williams demonstrates his mastery of the instrument. Standouts include Julia Florida, La catedral, and Preludio en sol menor. Although its not his most recent recording, Williams never fails to meet and surpass expectations: this is no exception. The album is called Great Performances for a reason. Five stars definitely!
