They absolutely crushed it with this album. Every bit of it fits together as a complete piece. I do not see me taking this album off repeat anytime soon.

As usual Bad Books comes up big. I love that Bad Books is Manchester Orchestra and Kevin Devine because we get both their styles. The mixture is pure magic. It’s like a two for one deal at your favorite store. Separate and together these guys are amazing. Musicians you can actually count on to produce something that has some actual meaning behind what they write. They make music from the heart and I’d say never take the easy way out. Go listen to some other musicians if you’re looking for repetitive catchy beats with lyrics that are the same or songs that simply name off the days of the week... here’s to you Black Eyed Peas.
