This song is very close to my heart.
I went through a time in my life when I felt like this. I just want to say to anyone who is reading this:
You are a beautiful person, no matter what people say you are beautiful. Don’t let the horrible things people say to you get to your head, because they DO. NOT. KNOW. YOU. They haven’t seen the amazing person you are. And I am sure that you ha e heard this before, but you are unique and perfect in your own way. Just because someone says you are something, THEY DO NOT SAY WHO YOU ARE OR WHO YOU ARENT! You define yourself. And if you think you’re fat, or ugly, or dumb, or a horrible person in general, that is not true. God made you perfect the way you are, there is nothing He would change about you. You can set goals if you’re trying to change for the better, but don’t overdo it.. please. People do care, and they would feel terrible if you were gone. So don’t do it, because you will find light. And if you can’t find it, BE it. You shouldn’t judge yourself on other people’s opinions. So don’t. People always say to “be yourself” and whatnot but then they criticize you for not being “up to standards” this is not ok. Don’t listen to them. Listen to you be who you want yourself to be.
I am not trying to seek attention, I just wanted to let you know, and if you ignore this, that’s fine, but it’s all true, believe it or not.
And if you feel this way at all, consult someone about it, they can help you, you will not regret it. I PROMISE. And even just talking about it to anyone, a trusted friend or family member, helps, trust me. You will be a stronger person when this is over. Everything happens for a good reason, whether you see it now or not, you will someday. You’ll look back at a bad thing and maybe think”I am glad that happens because I am stronger, smarter, braver, nicer, e.t.c”
See the light, and if you can’t, BE it
Have an amazing life
Remember, don’t give up, someone cares, you just have to find them.
