I stumbled upon this album just tooling around in iTunes, I had a couple Dispatch singles from way back. Shockingly, this new album was here. Sampled like 2 songs and grabbed it. It's worth it.

If you're looking for old Dispatch look somewhere else. This is is Dispatch trying to be new Mumford and Sons. The worst of both worlds.

Dispatch was one of my favorite bands, and after they broke up, State Radio was my new favorite.. I don’t get why they only make bad songs since getting back together. Dispatch will always hold a spot in my heart, but this album is not good.

Best album I've heard in a long time by any band. Start to finish. Good stuff.

Now THIS is the Dispatch I fell in love with in the late 90's / early 00's. The wait was brutal, and admittedly my expectations were lower after the last album (which I thought was sub-par for them), but this album is incredible. The instrumentation, lyrics, harmonies, flow - all impeccable. Not a single song that is skippable. They even managed to infuse a slightly more modern sound without abandoning their roots or reinventing their sound. Highly recommend.
