1. Introduction

Welcome to TunesDeck. By accessing or using our website (www.tunesdeck.com), applications and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

3. Artist Profiles, Content and Billing

3.1 Profile Creation and Verification

Artists may create profiles to share their music and videos. To get verified, artists must provide accurate and comprehensive information, which will be reviewed by TunesDeck.

3.2 Content Ownership and Rights

Artists retain ownership of the content they upload to TunesDeck. By uploading content, you grant TunesDeck a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Services.

3.3 Subscription and Payment Terms

TunesDeck offers various subscription plans for both artists and users to access premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Billing: Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
  2. Payment Methods: You must provide a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods) to subscribe to our services.
  3. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  4. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  5. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you cancel, you will retain access to the subscribed features until the end of your current billing period.
  6. Price Changes: TunesDeck reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will notify you of any price changes in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new fees.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
  • Upload or distribute any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Services.

5. Advertising & Third-party Links

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Nigeria, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
