Travis Scott’s Legal Trouble in Paris

Popular American rapper, Travis Scott, found himself in legal trouble in Paris, France, following a confrontation with his bodyguard at the George V hotel. The 33-year-old artist was taken into police custody after a physical altercation involving his security personnel, according to French prosecutors who have initiated a criminal investigation into the incident. Reports from various French media outlets suggested that Scott may have been intoxicated during the early morning incident.

Prior to his arrest, Travis Scott was spotted at the Olympic men’s basketball semi-finals on the preceding evening. Scott, also known as Jacques Bermon Webster, had a previous run-in with the law in Miami Beach in June, where he was arrested for charges related to trespassing and disorderly intoxication. Despite these legal issues, Scott continues to enjoy success in the music industry, with his album “Utopia” earning a nomination for Best Rap Album at the recent Grammy Awards.
