Nigerian musicians BNXN and Dremo recently got into a public argument on Twitter. The conflict began when a critic accused BNXN of leveraging Davido’s 30BG fanbase to increase his popularity. In response, BNXN belittled Dremo and his music.
Unwilling to stay quiet, Dremo retaliated by labeling BNXN a “bowling pin” and clarifying that he wasn’t seeking trouble. Many were surprised by the DMW rapper’s strong reaction as he is typically more low-key.
This recent dispute follows BNXN’s public apology to Davido after a previous altercation. Although the cause of the initial rift between the two artists is unknown, it’s evident that tensions persist between their circles.
“Werey your pen game no fit sell out 2500 capacity… You wan use 30BG trend,” tweeted the troll.
“No go stream Dremo dem????????????????,” responded BNXN.
“You see sey i de my own before bowling pin mention my name, I no dey find wahala but if wahala come no wahala,” Dremo replied.
