That Mexican OT and Maxo Kream, two dynamic rappers from Houston, make a great combination. Both bring vibrant personalities and impressive lyrical skills grounded in classic Southern rap. Their collaboration radiates energy, as demonstrated in their previous track, “Talkin In Screw.” They’ve now released a new single together titled “War Wounds,” featuring the iconic Lil Keke from Houston.
“War Wounds” showcases exactly what fans anticipate from these artists: a chill yet engaging beat with three rappers throwing clever punchlines at each other. One line by Maxo Kream made me laugh out loud, where he humorously says, “switch on the heater, I put a dick on my blick like a trans man.” (Is it problematic? Perhaps not?) The video, directed by Dgreenfilmz, features the trio in a thrilling paintball showdown. Don’t miss it below!
