The band Thus Love, originally from Vermont, recently unveiled their new song titled “Birthday Song,” which serves as the lead single for their upcoming second album, “All Pleasure.”
Vocalist and guitarist Echo Mars described the track as a reflection on the significance of platonic relationships and the importance of nurturing them. The accompanying music video was directed by Augie Voss and Benni Shumlin, embracing a mix of various elements to illustrate the band’s new direction.
The upcoming album “All Pleasure” has been mixed by Matthew Hall and Rich Costey, and mastered by Bob Weston. The band’s lineup has evolved with the addition of bassist Ally Juleen and guitarist/keyboardist Shane Blank alongside Mars and drummer Lu Racine.
The tracklist for the new album includes songs like “On The Floor,” “Get Stable,” and “Face To Face.” Thus Love will also be embarking on a tour starting from the UK and then moving to various cities in the US.
