Ween Celebrates 30th Anniversary Reissue of Chocolate And Cheese with Unreleased Tracks
Although Ween never aimed for mainstream success, their fourth album Chocolate And Cheese, released in 1994, brought them closer to it. This album, recorded in a studio with major-label resources, showcased the band’s unique blend of smartass ambition. Even though it didn’t catapult them into stardom, tracks like “Voodoo Lady” experienced success on light alt-rock radio.
Ween has recently dropped the 30th-anniversary deluxe edition of Chocolate And Cheese, remastered by Bernie Grundman. This special release features 15 previously unreleased demos and outtakes handpicked by the Ween brothers. Some of these tracks are being heard for the first time. Listen to the deluxe edition below.
Chocolate And Cheese (Deluxe Edition) is available now on Elektra.
