The Speakers Corner Quartet has unveiled their original score for the upcoming BBC 1 series Mr Loverman, set to release on November 8. They have also revealed the lead single, a rendition of Arthur Russell’s “This Is How We Walk On The Moon” featuring the artist Tirzah.
The band shared their creative process, stating, “Our experience making this music was enjoyable and heartfelt, especially as we followed Barry and his family’s journey. We developed a unique synergy as a group that contrasted with our previous methods, enabling us to contribute to the narrative through our music.”
In addition to Tirzah, the album features contributions from artists such as LEILAH, ESKA, and Mica Levi. You can listen to their cover of Arthur Russell’s song below.
