Seattle’s Spiral XP is set to launch their first full album, I Wish I Was A Rat, next week. The band has already shared tracks like “Luna” and “Sinner,” and now they’ve released a new song titled “Window Room.”
Bassist and co-vocalist Lena Farr-Morrissey shared that the lyrics came to her while she was on an enclosed porch, reflecting on the view outside. “I found myself contemplating the peace that can come from the unknown while thinking about what can arise from old memories,” she remarked. The song encapsulates that sense of longing and introspection.
