Slowdive recently released remixes of their lead single “kisses” from their album “everything is alive” by Grouper and Daniel Avery. Liz Harris, known as Grouper, expressed her joy in collaborating with Slowdive after being a fan for many years.
Grouper added her touch to the track by enhancing its dreamy texture and ethereal vocals, creating a lush pop hit with added elements like tape, Wurlitzer, and space echo. On the other hand, Daniel Avery’s remix offers an intense contrast, providing a unique experience for listeners.
