Sleater-Kinney dropped their 11th studio album, “Little Rope,” earlier this year. Now, they are set to release a deluxe version this October. The upcoming version will include bonus tracks, such as “Here Today,” which is already available for listening.
The deluxe edition, “Little Rope (Deluxe),” will feature new tracks like “This Time” and “Nothing To Lose,” along with live and alternate versions of the original songs. The album was inspired by personal tragedies in Carrie Brownstein’s life, and while “Here Today” doesn’t directly touch on loss, it subtly alludes to the fleeting nature of life and relationships.
