San Fermin, the eight-piece Brooklyn indie band led by Ellis Ludwig-Leone, recently dropped their latest album called Arms. Today, they have decided to put their own spin on the ’90s hit song “Don’t Speak” by No Doubt, which has become a timeless classic.
The song “Don’t Speak” has been covered numerous times, including a version by Aloe Blacc that gave it a Bruno Mars vibe. San Fermin’s rendition infuses the track with chamber-folk instrumentation while maintaining the intense emotions that the song is known for. You can listen to San Fermin’s version below and also check out the original No Doubt music video.
The album Arms is set to be released on 2/16 under Better Company Records.
