The music video for the song, directed by Christopher Phelps, presents a visually captivating narrative that blends elements of Midsommar and Breakfast Club. The video features Hagen setting flowers ablaze in a field and navigating a chaotic mosh pit, reflecting the themes of heartbreak and resilience in the song.
