Spiral XP began the year by teaming up with TV Star for the EP “TVXP” before unveiling their first album “I Wish I Was A Rat” recently. They kick things off with the track “Luna” and now present “Sinner.”
The band’s frontman, Max Keyes, described the song as reflecting the search for meaning and values in a world that can feel shallow. He elaborated, “It embodies someone confidently pursuing authenticity within a superficial environment. There’s no judgment, just the pursuit of something genuine amidst the facade of society.”
The group comprises Max Keyes, Lena Farr-Morrissey on bass and vocals, Jordan Mang and Kyle McCollum on guitar, and Daniel Byington on drums. Their album was produced by JooJoo Ashworth, known as SASAMI’s brother. “Sinner” is a captivating, distorted track. The music video, directed by Che Hise-Gattone, accompanies the song.
