Review of Boyscott’s Latest Single “Rocky Road”

Boyscott – “Rocky Road”

Scott Hermo Jr. introduced the first Boyscott album titled Goose Bumps back in 2015. Over the years, tracks like “Nova Scotia 500” and “Killer Whale” have garnered a dedicated fan following and gone viral. Nearly ten years later, he has announced his upcoming album Spellbound, with the release of the breezy lead single “Rocky Road.”

Reflecting on his growth as an artist, Hermo Jr. shared, “I had to mature and learn a ton to be able to finish these songs. Touring and performing with experienced live bands have been invaluable in understanding song arrangement for live performances.” Collaborating on Spellbound were his longtime bandmate Emma Willer, drummer Noah Dardaris, bassist Davey Alaimo, and engineer Scoops Dardaris (known for work with They Are Gutting a Body of Water, Another Michael, Undeath).
