Lana Del Rey and Quavo have been seen together in public recently and are now hinting at a new song collaboration called “Tough.” They both shared a sneak peek of the track on Instagram. The song features harmonious vocals over trap beats with lyrics like “Tough like the scarf on a pair of old leather boots, like the blue-collar, red-dirt attitude, like a .38 made out of brass, tough like the stuff in my grandpa’s glass.”

Although she has dabbled in trap production and collaborated with artists like Playboi Carti in the past, this country album comes as a surprise. Del Rey was spotted with Quavo in Los Angeles earlier this year and later shared a video of them together at Quavo’s restaurant in Atlanta, where they seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Del Rey is scheduled to perform at Boston’s Fenway Park, sparking speculation that she might debut a song from her upcoming album called “Tough” during the show.
