The Blessed Madonna is set to release her first full-length album titled Godspeed this October. The album features 24 tracks, including the newly-released single “Edge Of Saturday Night” featuring Kylie Minogue.
The album includes previously-released songs like “Happier” with Clementine Douglas, “Carry Me Higher” with Joy Anonymous and Danielle Ponder, and “Mercy” with Jacob Lusk. The artist shares in a press release the concept behind the album:
The album reflects transitional phases, represented as edges in my life. From the onset of lockdown to new beginnings, the creation of this album marked significant milestones in my journey. The friends and collaborators on this record have been instrumental in shaping the essence of this project, born out of a world of love and creativity.
The single “Edge Of Saturday Night” encapsulates a momentous evening, a blend of magic and renewal, symbolizing a shift from day to night, reminiscent of the edge of a Saturday night.
