The hardcore project Nails, led by Todd Jones, is making a comeback after a hiatus since their 2016 album release. The band is set to release their fourth full-length LP titled Every Bridge Burning with a new lineup. Their lead single “Imposing Will” promises an intense listening experience.
The revamped Nails lineup features Shelby Lermo from Ulthar on guitar, Andrew Solis from Despise You on bass, and Carlos Cruz from Warbringer on drums. The album was recorded with the production expertise of Kurt Ballou from Converge, who has worked on all Nails albums. “Imposing Will,” the opening track, delivers a fierce and relentless 82-second assault that demands full attention from the listener.
Todd Jones shared in a press release that “‘Imposing Will’ was intentionally chosen as the album opener to create a sense of urgency and immediacy.
