Molina’s Latest Track “Organs” Featuring ML Buch
Discovering Danish-Chilean artist Molina a couple of months ago with “Scorpio” was just the beginning. The song served as a sneak peek into Molina’s upcoming album, When You Wake Up, set to release in October. Speaking about the album, Molina shared that she centered the songs around the accidental and immediate nature during the creation process.
Today, Molina has unveiled “Organs,” the final track of the album, created in collaboration with ML Buch from Copenhagen. Known for their unique approach to music, ML Buch brings a blend of sample-based electronic production and live instrumentation that creates a mesmerizing backdrop for Molina’s soothing and melodious vocals.
Reflecting on the collaboration, Molina expressed:
“Organs” beautifully merges our distinct ways of perceiving melodies, recordings, and sound. We are both intrigued by the rhythm in music and how it can give the impression of different speeds. Additionally, we share a common love for captivating melodies. While ML explores words elastically within the melody, I tend to stick to precise vocals with unexpected harmonic twists. “Organs” encapsulates all these elements of fascination and experimentation.
