LL Cool J is set to release his first album in 11 years titled The FORCE, where he collaborates with fellow Queens rap legend Q-Tip as the executive producer. The album includes guest appearances from artists like Nas, Busta Rhymes, and Snoop Dogg. The latest single, “Saturday Night Special,” featuring Rick Ross and Fat Joe, has already been released. Today, the new collaboration with Eminem has hit the airwaves.
Eminem, currently enjoying chart success with his recent single “Houdini,” which debuted at #2, is a longtime fan of LL Cool J. Their new track, “Murdergram Deux,” marks their first-ever collaboration. Co-produced by Eminem and Q-Tip, the song serves as a sequel to LL’s classic 1990 track “Murdergram” from the album Mama Said Knock You Out. The song showcases both artists’ impressive rapping skills over a dynamic beat.
The album The FORCE is scheduled for release on 9/6 under Def Jam Recordings/Virgin Music Group.
