Fight Dice: A New Band Fusing Dungeons & Dragons with Music

Members Of The Promise Ring, Braid, & More Announce Dungeons & Dragons-Themed Band Fight Dice

Get ready for a unique musical experience with Fight Dice, a supergroup from Milwaukee that is infusing the world of Dungeons & Dragons into their stoner-rock sound. Their debut album, Total Party Kill, has been announced, featuring the lead single “Magic Pact.”

Comprised of members such as Jay Gilkay of Evel on vocals, Todd Bell of Braid and Hey Mercedes on bass, Dan Didier of the Promise Ring and Maritime on drums, Brett Schwandt of Evel and Ceilishrine on guitar, and Eric Arsnow of Tigernite and Devils Teeth on guitar, Fight Dice is ready to bring a new dimension to music. Explaining how the band came to be, Bell shared:

Amidst the pandemic, we found solace in playing D&D online to keep connected and entertained. As we started meeting in person again, we decided to form a band as another creative outlet while our main projects were on hold. With some musical ideas in mind, we began jamming together and soon found ourselves immersed in a new project. Drawing inspiration from D&D for our direction and lyrics, Fight Dice was officially born.
