After a four-year hiatus since his last mixtape, Floor Seats II, the artist formerly known as A$AP Ferg has dropped the “A$AP” from his name, now simply going by FERG, although he remains part of A$AP Mob. Recently, he has collaborated with artist Denzel Curry and NBA player Jaylen Brown, and is set to release a new album titled Darold. His new single, “Allure,” features some notable collaborators.
It’s important to note that “Allure” is not related to the Jay-Z song of the same name. This track sees FERG joining forces with Future, who is currently enjoying success with his new album, Mixtape Pluto, topping the charts in the U.S. The song features a heavy, foreboding beat crafted by Mike WiLL Made-It, who also appears on the track. FERG delivers his trademark energetic style, creating an interesting dynamic with Future’s laid-back vibe. Take a listen below.
You can stream “Allure” now on RCA.
