Father John Misty is set to unveil his eagerly awaited new album, Mahashmashana, next month. Despite some tracks already being made available, the enthusiasm is still high. Among these is “She Cleans Up,” previously shared on SoundCloud and reminiscent of the Velvet Underground’s boogie-rock sound. The song now receives an official release, perfect for adding to your playlists.
A tour is also on the horizon. After recently supporting Kacey Musgraves on a North American arena trek, Josh Tillman will headline his own tour across North America next year, featuring special guest Destroyer.
