The upcoming album from 2nd Grade, titled Scheduled Explosions, is set for release this Friday. Peter Gill, known for his power-pop style, has been teasing the album in groups of three. After launching the first set of singles in September and a second batch two weeks ago, he’s now revealing the final three songs: “Triple Bypass In B-Flat,” “Instant Nostalgia,” and “Sophomores In The Wild.”
Regarding the lead single “Triple Bypass In B-Flat,” Gill shared, “This track is intended as a remedy for apathy, particularly my own. I drew inspiration similar to Nick Cave and utilized Wikipedia for accurate details about June bug habits.”
