The renowned Korean indie rock artist, Parannoul, made a significant impact with his album After The Magic last year, which earned a spot on our Best Albums Of 2023 list. He has continued to captivate audiences with singles like “Painless” and “Gold River,” both of which are featured on his unexpected new release, Sky Hundred, available now.

Time moves forward regardless of our actions. People who once seemed inseparable are drifting away, and the emotions I experienced in 2021 are fading. As I retreated, I found myself becoming more exposed. I chose to confront my inner turmoil, fearing the deterioration of every memory and understanding the true essence of nostalgic loss.
The sky bears witness to countless versions of myself, yet the distinction between each remains elusive. What fate awaits those left behind? If the disillusionment of magic is a universal occurrence, does descending hold any significance? Numerous skies outshine me, and I have grown too precious to embrace reality and vanishing.
This album is a tribute to my loyal listeners, my family, departed souls, and the myriad versions of myself.
