Known for their unique sound labeled as “ecstatic black metal,” the LA band Agriculture has been making waves with their music. Livestock last year Agriculture dropped their self-titled album and earned a spot on the list of our favorite emerging bands. Continuing their success, they recently released the Living Is Easy EP. Agriculture’s singer and bassist Leah B. Levinson, also known for her solo work as Cali Bellow, has now launched her own EP.
Cali Bellow’s music is a departure from Agriculture’s style but is equally intense. Her new EP, Goldin Scepter / Get Inside, showcases an experimental form of DIY hyperpop with compositions that are so dynamic they can leave a lasting impact. This EP offers a preview of her upcoming album Ciao Bella, featuring three powerful tracks clocking in at just over four minutes. It’s a surprising and captivating listen. Take a listen below.
