Charli XCX Announces Brat Remix Album & Shares “Talk talk” Remix With Troye Sivan

Charli XCX Unveils Upcoming Remix Project

Charli XCX is on a remix roll! Over the past few months, she has released a variety of remixed tracks from her album Brat, featuring collaborations with stars like Addison Rae, Robyn, Yung Lean, Lorde, and Billie Eilish. Just days before her and Troye Sivan’s Sweat Tour kicks off in Detroit, they have dropped a fresh remix of “Talk Talk,” which Charli hinted at recently. Additionally, she has confirmed that her remix album for Brat will be available next month.

This morning, Charli shared on Twitter a link for fans to pre-save her upcoming remix album, titled Brat and it’s completely different but also still brat. This project appears to be the full-length album she previously mentioned, featuring both previously released Brat remixes and 11 new tracks that are yet to be detailed. The entire Brat deluxe project will have an impressive 34 songs.

The “Talk Talk” remix represents a significant transformation from the original, offering a vibrant house track that diverges from the original’s signature hook. It features whispers in French and Spanish reminiscent of Dua Lipa’s style. The remix maintains production credits from its original creators A. G. Cook and Hudson Mohawke, along with collaborators Zhone, Styalz Fuego, and NOVODOR. This new version shifts away from the original’s emotional tension, focusing more on an upbeat, exhilarating vibe. You can listen to both the original and the remix below.

The album Brat and it’s completely different but also still brat is set to release on October 11th through Atlantic Records.
