Celestial Love – “HSP” (Now Playing on TunesDeck)

Heavenly Sweetheart – “HSP”

Sam Bielanski and Matty Morand, known for their impactful fuzz-pop duo PONY, have formed a new group named Heavenly Sweetheart, which explores a unique variation of the fuzzed-out power-pop sound. Since their debut in March, they have released several impressive singles. Recently, they collaborated with Liquid Mike on a track titled “$300,” and now they present another exciting release.

Their latest song, “HSP,” features Matty Morand on lead vocals, accompanied by Sam Bielanski and guest Josh Cassidy, who is also part of Morand’s other bands No Hands and Trout, providing backing harmonies. This vibrant and catchy anthem adds to their growing music collection. Morand explains, “‘HSP’ deals with themes of grief and the challenge of living in the present. In recent years, I spent a lot of time caring for my ill dad, and it felt overwhelming, worrying about moments that could be our last together or what could happen if I traveled away. The inspiration for this song came during one of those intense periods.” Enjoy the track below.
