Following the release of their album 3D Country and its EP sequel, 4D Country, Brooklyn-based band Geese has started 2024 with a captivating cover of a Justin Bieber song. Now, their lead vocalist, Cameron Winter, has unveiled his solo debut tracks, titled “Vines” and “Take It With You.”
The songs embody a reflective tone, echoing the style of Leonard Cohen, and are filled with deeply expressive lyrics. For instance, in “Take It With You,” Winter shares sentiments of nostalgia and longing: “Your traveling companion can be memories/ You can lie awake with thoughts of simpler times/ You can love me from afar if that’s what puts you at ease/ But you won’t be on my mind.” You can listen to them below.
