A standout performance by Billy Strings at a country music festival in Ohio earlier this year left fans in awe. The bluegrass sensation is now revealing details about his expansive upcoming album.
Collaborating with the renowned producer Jon Brion, Strings co-produced the album titled Highway Prayers, set to be released in September. The album is a collection of 20 tracks featuring Strings’ trusted band members along with a star-studded lineup of guest musicians.
The lead single, “Leadfoot,” showcases Strings’ versatility as he plays all instruments except the drums, expertly handled by Matt Chamberlain. The music video for the single, directed by Ryen McPherson, is also available for viewing.
