The emo band Balance And Composure is set to release their reunion album titled with you in spirit. They have previously unveiled several singles, and today they introduce the title track. The song “with you in spirit” immediately immerses listeners in a somber atmosphere. It features lines like “Please recognize that I’m terrified/ I’m mortified/ I’m up all night,” which build up to a powerful chorus about carrying an overwhelming weight.
